In this section you'll find decision and other related documents that surrounded the election of President Bush in 2000. There is a lot of misinformation out there about what was, and wasn't decided in the various court cases. One of the things I find interesting about this, is that there are actually times when courts can actually move swiftly. Note that the eventual Opinion by the Supreme Court was a per curiam decision. This means that the Opinion itself is unsigned, and is issued by the Court itself.
